Acid Reflux or Heartburn a Problem?

Alkaline environment, health tips
Many people suffer from acid reflux and heartburn. For a simple remedy, squeeze a quarter of a lemon into eight ounces of filtered water and drink first thing in the morning.
Lemons provide electrolytes (potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous) to balance your system. You don't get that kind of benefit from those unnatural-colored, sugar-filled, artificial ingredient-laced sport drinks. Plus, lemons are alkalizing in the body. The typical diet of red meats and processed, sugary foods makes your body acid—cancer and disease thrive in an acid environment.
Try a lemon in the morning and report back to me.
Thank you, Chris. We have two lemon trees. I have no excuse not to try this. :)
